Plummeting testosterone levels?

Sugar causes testosterone to plummet
by George Atkinson

Sugary foods can cause testosterone levels to drop by as much as 25 percent, regardless of whether a man has diabetes or normal glucose tolerance. The new findings mean that men with low testosterone should have their hormone levels retested after they fast overnight, as eating may transiently lower them, say the researchers.

Penis Enlargement Size Increase Averages

I think one of the most popular questions, in penis enlargement, I am asked is how much penis size can I gain and how long will it take. When I first started penis enlargement I really was not looking for increased penis size, even though I would take it, but my main focus was getting harder erections. This was probably why I gained so much as I was not focused on the how and when of the gains I was more focused on the exercises and motivation to do the penis enlargement work. Within my first 120 days I gained 2" in length and a considerable amount of girth. Up until that point I was fairly ignorant to penis enlargement in general. I had a couple exercises that I found that I was following but as far as communication with other men who were doing penis enlargement I knew nothing. When I first found out what average gains were when I finally found a forum that was focusing on penis enlargement I was blown away. Men were making gains of about 1/2" in a year or more doing penis enlargement. If I had not seen the gains I was making first hand I would have never ever started penis enlargement. 1/2" was something I saw in weeks and my initial 2" gain came in 6 months. I found out quickly that there was little if any work done in original penis enlargement exercises. I knew, up to this point, that I had a handful of exercises I created and it was obvious that these exercises were the reason I gained so much. Soon after I started to share my exercises with the forum I was on other men started to make the same, measurable, gains. This through a huge curve in the average growth rate and cycle. Still, to this day, there has been only a few who have worked hard enough to get the gains I have made (4" in length and 2" in girth) but things were changing. The main exercise that aided in the gains I made was the DLD Blasters. This exercise became a staple in every man's toolbox in penis enlargement. Things started to change for the masses in the penis enlargement world. To this day the average gains have and are still increasing. To the starting guys who wonder what they can gain and how long it will take, well this has come closer to my gains and time frame. I would say that the average gains and time men can expect changes looks something like this. 1 inch in length and .5" in girth in a 6 month period. If you are following the Matters of Size routines closely and stay motivated you will realize at least these gains. In many cases men will surpass these penis enlargement averages. I think that someone who joins the Matters of Size penis enlargement site and follows through with each Phase they will see gains that are similar to my own. You see, the Matters of Size penis enlargement program follows the same exercises and routines I used to make the gains I have. The world's most powerful, effective penis enlargement program is MOS. We offer a 200% money back guaranty and in 10 years we have never given a refund putting the Matters of Size Penis Enlargement Program in the 100% success rate. DLD

Dating tip: selflessness makes you sexy

17 October 2008
Dating tip: selflessness makes you sexy
by George Atkinson

Women place great importance on altruistic traits like selflessness, say psychologists at The University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. In studies involving more than 1,000 people, Dr Tim Phillips discovered that women place significantly greater importance on altruistic traits than anything else. His findings have just been published in the British Journal of Psychology.

"Evolutionary theory predicts competition between individuals and yet we see many examples in nature of individuals disadvantaging themselves to help others. In humans, particularly, we see individuals prepared to put themselves at considerable risk to help individuals they do not know for no obvious reward," explained Dr Phillips.

Participants in the studies were questioned about a range of qualities they look for in a mate, including examples of altruistic behavior such as 'donates blood regularly' and 'volunteered to help out in a local hospital'. Women placed significantly greater importance on altruistic traits in all three studies.

"For many years the standard explanation for altruistic behavior towards non-relatives has been based on reciprocity and reputation - a version of 'you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours'. I believe we need to look elsewhere to understand the roots of human altruism. The expansion of the human brain would have greatly increased the cost of raising children so it would have been important for our ancestors to choose mates both willing and able to be good, long-term parents. Displays of altruism could well have provided accurate clues to this and genes linked to altruism would have been favored as a result," hypothesized Dr Phillips.

Recommended Penis Enlargement Reading

Here are some books that we highly recommend checking out:

- At the top of our list, we recommend Aaron Kemmer's Exercising the Penis (also available in ebook format). Even with my experience in PE related matters, I was able to learn quite a few things from Kemmer’s book. Check out our review here.

- How to Live with a Huge Penis: Advice, Meditations, and Wisdom for Men Who Have Too Much - This book is now one of the most popular books on Amazon right now, but it may have more to do with its weird connection to Amazon's most popular apparel item Three Wolf Moon T-Shirt, Available in Various Sizes

- Gary Griffin's Penis Enlargement Methods: Fact and Phallusy- This book is a classic! It makes one of the earliest modern references to PE exercises.

- Penis Enhancement Surgery - A Self Help Guide for Men (Second Edition)- This is an informative read for any men considering penis enlargement surgery.

Penis Enlargement: Myths and Truths

After reading an article in the MAYO-CLINIC web-site I became upset with the way they give unfounded advice on penis enlargement. Their view on penis enlargement is that it does not work and is dangerous. In all my years using and studying penis enlargement I have never witnessed a serious injury to my self or anyone else for that matter. There are the occasional bruises and maybe even thrombosis (a temporarily injured vein) but none of the injuries that have occurred lasted more than a week before the healing was complete and the person was back to gaining with penis enlargement. I really thought long and hard about why penis enlargement threatens the MAYO-CLINIC or any other medical institution and the only motive they would have is monetary gain.

Here is the article:
"Beware of penis-enlargement scams
Considering penis enlargement? Don't waste your money on ineffective and possibly dangerous male-enhancement pills, pumps, exercises and surgeries.

If you've seen the "Austin Powers" movies, you may have laughed at Austin for owning a penis-enlargement pump. But you also may have been thinking, "Hmm. I wonder if something like that could give me an extra inch or two."

Penis-enlargement products aren't difficult to find. Men's magazines, sports radio shows and Internet sites are filled with advertisements for pumps, pills, weights, exercises and surgeries — all of which supposedly can increase the length and width (girth) of your penis. Even if you've never visited an Internet porn site, you've likely received many unsolicited e-mails for products and services that promise to make you more of a man.

These come-ons are based on several stereotypes about men's insecurities. The "male enhancement" industry assumes that every man:

Is afraid he has a small penis
Believes he'd be a better lover if he had a bigger penis
Is looking for a way to safely and effectively increase his penis size
Don't fall for it. No scientific research supports the use of any nonsurgical method to enlarge the penis, and no reputable medical society endorses penis-enlargement surgery performed for purely cosmetic reasons. Because many of these techniques can damage your penis and even cause impotence, think twice before trying any of them.

Penis size: What's normal, what's not?
When you were a boy, a locker room bully may have taunted you about the size of your penis. As you compared yourself with other boys in the shower, you may have concluded that he was right. A cylinder-shaped object such as a penis always looks smaller when viewed from above than it does when viewed from the side.

As you grew older, you may have seen super-sized penises in X-rated movies and magazines. Such experiences may have left you with a distorted image of what's normal and what's not.

Most likely, your size is perfectly normal. Research shows that more than 70 percent of men have penises that measure between 5 and 7 inches when erect. A penis is considered abnormally small only if it measures less than 3 inches when erect, and even then it might not matter. Researchers have documented many cases in which men with so-called micropenises have been fully capable of having sex and fathering children.

The partner perspective: How they view penis size
E-mail advertisements would have you believe that women care deeply about penis size. But women responding to magazine surveys say they don't care about size at all.

What's the truth? A Dutch study of 375 sexually active women who had recently given birth suggests that the surveys are accurate — to a point. Seventy-nine percent of the women said that penis length is unimportant, and 69 percent of them said the same about penis girth.

E-mail advertisements would also have you believe that gay men are obsessed with penis size. But individual preferences vary. Average penis size is the same in both gay and straight men.

So, unless your partner tells you otherwise, it's probably safe to assume that you're fine just the way you are. Understanding your partner's physical and emotional needs and desires may do far more to improve your sexual relationship than would changing the size of your penis.

Nonsurgical methods of penis enlargement
Marketers offer many different types of nonsurgical penis enlargement, and often promote them with serious-looking advertisements that include endorsements from "scientific" researchers.

But if you look and read closely, you'll see that claims of safety and effectiveness are completely groundless. Because no reputable scientific research validates any type of nonsurgical penis enlargement, marketers rely on testimonials and before-and-after photos that may not be authentic.

At the bottom of such advertisements, you'll usually find a sentence such as "These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration." Well, of course they haven't been. The Food and Drug Administration, the government agency that regulates medications and medical devices, has never approved any medications or devices for enlarging a penis.

There are four basic types of nonsurgical penis enlargement:

Manual stretching or squeezing (jelquing). These exercises are supposed to be performed 30 minutes a day for an indefinite period of time. Although they may be safer than other methods, they can lead to scar formation, pain and disfigurement.
Stretching with penile weights. This technique is very likely to cause permanent penile damage.
Vacuum pumps. Because pumps draw blood into the penis and make it swell, they're useful in the treatment of impotence (erectile dysfunction). This may create an illusion of a larger penis, but results are seldom permanent. Repeated use can damage elastic tissue in the penis, leading to less-firm erections.
Pills and lotions. These usually contain vitamins, minerals, herbs or hormones such as testosterone. Although topical testosterone is sometimes used on adolescent boys to accelerate puberty, there's no evidence that it or any other substance can increase penis size in adult men. In 2002, authorities in the state of Arizona seized the assets of a penis-pill company, in part because the owners fraudulently claimed their product would deliver a permanent gain of 1 to 3 inches. The company owners also refused to honor their money-back guarantee, committing yet another fraud.

Surgical methods of penis enlargement

Suspensory ligament

Cosmetic surgeons have developed several different enlargement techniques, none of them endorsed by medical organizations. The American Urological Association, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons have all issued policy statements against cosmetic surgical procedures to enhance the penis.

To lengthen a penis, surgery typically involves snipping the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the pubic bone and moving skin from the abdomen to the penile shaft. The suspensory ligament stabilizes and gives an upward tilt to an erect penis.

When this ligament is cut, the penis may look longer because more of it hangs outside the body. But cutting the suspensory ligament can cause an erect penis to wobble and position itself at odd angles, particularly when erect.

Surgery to make the penis thicker involves suctioning fat from a fleshy part of the body and injecting the fat into the penis. Another technique is simply to graft fat cut away from the buttocks or abdomen onto the penile shaft. Some practitioners use tissue from cadavers.

None of these techniques have been shown to be safe or effective. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons describes injecting fat into the penis as "a new and unproven cosmetic procedure of unknown safety" with potential risks that include infection, skin or sensory loss, excessive bleeding and loss of function.

Surgeons have developed another technique — albugineal surgery with bilateral saphenous grafts — that involves grafting blood vessels from elsewhere in the body to the penis in order to increase blood flow and penis width during erection. An Italian study of 39 men who underwent the surgery for cosmetic reasons found that it increased width by an average of one-half inch without complications. These men may have been lucky.

Following various types of cosmetic penile enhancement surgery, some men have had to undergo additional operations to correct deformities caused by the original procedure. The ill effects include scarring, shorter penises, hair on the base of the penis, low-hanging penis, loss of sensitivity, and bumps, lumps, and clumps of fat. Other complaints include impotence, urinary incontinence and persistent pain.

Then there's the cost: about $10,000 for a typical penis-enlargement surgery that doesn't require additional corrective surgery. Because cosmetic surgery is seldom covered by insurance, you'll likely have to bear the entire expense.

Cosmetic surgery: What to know beforehand

When surgery may be an option
Surgeons have devised reconstructive procedures for penises that have been amputated or damaged by circumcisions, animal bites, motor vehicle accidents and physical assaults, among other causes. A penis can be constructed in sex-change operations and to correct birth defects.

And this might work: Achieve a healthy body weight
One place that size might count is your abdomen — not your penis. If your lower abdomen hangs over your genitalia, you might look as if you have a shorter, smaller penis than you actually do. Fat can obscure some or much of the upper part of the penis. For this, the best treatment is to achieve a healthy weight."

With this type of propaganda is driven by the medical professions hopes to push men into thinking surgery is the only solution to penis enlargement. On top of these dishonest motives the crooks charge between $5000.00 to $10,000.00 for the procedure. After surgery the client "may" see up to a half inch in flaccid size with little or no erect size and the hypocrisy of their bullshit is extremely evident when one reads between the lines. For instance, check this quote by the MAYO-CLINIC out:

"Cosmetic surgeons have developed several different enlargement techniques, none of them endorsed by medical organizations. The American Urological Association, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons have all issued policy statements against cosmetic surgical procedures to enhance the penis."

None of them endorsed by the medical profession??? What the fuck, it is the medical profession doing these procedures. Even more hypocritical is the fact that they say hanging weights as a method of penis enlargement is bogus but after the penis enlargement surgery they send the patient home with weights??? Extremely fucked up and it is being done right before our eyes.

I am extremely skeptical of our medical institutions. If they are hiding the genuine effectiveness of natural penis enlargement they are in-fact lying to us with the only possible motive is money. This worries me on many levels that have nothing to do with penis enlargement, penis enlargement only motivates me to search deeper on other medical beliefs, procedures and honest. Is there a cure for cancer? Is there psychiatric drugs that may cure mental illness? Are there homeopathic methods being squashed by the lobbyist who use their money and power to discredit? The list goes on and on and quite frankly it scares me.

Penis enlargement has been around for thousands of years, way before the medical institutions even existed, even medicine for that matter. Continuous longevity gives me much more confidence then that of a medical society that changes it's view with the wind. Is penis enlargement dangerous? Only if someone is overzealous but as stated above, I have never witnessed a permanent injury due to penis enlargement. I have, in-fact, seen many of injuries via penis enlargement surgery. Injuries from loss of penis due to gangrene or any other tissue death disorder, the loss of penile function or permanent impotence, disfigurement of the penis, and many other permeant and psychologically crippling issues. The only form of penis enlargement I endorse is natural penis enlargement for a few reasons.

A. I made incredible gains from natural penis enlargement, 800% of that of penis enlargement surgery.
B. I have seen thousands of men do the same.
C. The minimal injuries that could occur and the complete recovery that happens.
D. The longevity of the natural penis enlargement arts.
E. The fact that no money needs to be spent in order to acquire a bigger penis.

The MAYO-Clinic and every other institution that promotes advice with no research need to check themselves. Before doing any form of penis enlargement research it, learn everything you can as you only have one penis. If you need support come visit my FORUM HERE, the Camaraderie is incredible and the advice is based on hard, scientific fact.

THE PE Survey RESULTS:
The PE Survey was a survey created on www.advancedsurvey.com. The survey was published on the free forums of Thunders Place and MOS. It was opened in April, and was closed down in July – opened for nearly three months. 957 men took The PE Survey. However, due to “duplicated results,” and for the best accuracy only 545 of these men were able to be used in the analysis...

Measuring Penile VOLUME

Some men like to measure their penile volume. I highly suggest adopting this method because it's accurate and shows you that even small measureable gains can actually have a large impact on volume.

The penis is most similar in shape to a cylinder; and the way to measure cylindrical volume is length times pi [approximately 3.14] times radius squared [base area times height]. Because it's difficult to obtain an accurate measure of penile radius, we'll have to use a slightly different approach to measuring penile volume. Take your average girth measurement (measure your thickest and thinnest points and divide that number by 2). *Then divide that number by 6.28. Now square that number and multiply it by 3.14. Multiply that number by length. The resulting product will give you an approximation of your penile volume.

*Girth divided by pi roughly equals diameter, and diameter divided by 2 equals radius.

Here's an excellent article on measuring volume along with a different formula for obtaining it: Penis Enlargement Gym - Measuring the whole picture: Volume

Achieving Success

Have you noticed that people that constantly complain about the status of their lives are in the positions that they're in due to their outlook? Instead of focusing on how they can improve their lot, they complain about how they feel shortchanged and cheated out of life. They dwell on this belief and "accept their fate". What's worse is that, in addition to keeping themselves down, they also have the habit of dragging down anyone else who's unfortunate enough to associate with them.

The converse is also true. Most people that have become immensely successful, especially those that have raised themselves up from very humble beginnings, have one thing in common- they believed in the power of positive thinking (and hence, in themselves). They don't sweat the small stuff, and they believed in applying themselves to their goals.

Have you also noticed that people of similar attitudes often associate in groups? That's not an accident- it's because like attracts like. If you hang out with people that are constantly down on themselves, it'll eventually rub off on you. The same also works in reverse- successful people tend to assocciate with other successful people. If you've ever been to a business conference or success seminar, you'll notice that the most successful people usually seem to have a magnetism about them. These people aren't necessarily special in any physical way, nor are they always the most "intelligent". It's their mindset and attitute that gives them that charisma. I must point out that "success" doesn't always mean material worth. Truly successful people may have that, but they also have the love and respect of their fellow man.

If you want to be successful, the first thing that you'll have to do is to adapt a successful mindset. This means that you'll TRULY have to believe in your ability to achieve your goals. Negative thoughts will only get in the way of your goals, so you'll have to teach yourself to avoid them. A good exercise for that is when you start to start to feel some doubt about your abilities, pust that doubt from your mind and meditate on your goal instead.

IMPORTANT- Thinking positively doesn't mean pretending that bad things don't happen and that obstacles don't exist. It's how you deal with them that count.

Don't be afraid of initial failures or setbacks! Look upon them as learning experiencs. For inspiration, here's one of my favorite quotes from Thomas Alva Edison on his most famous invention- the light bulb:

"The electric light has caused me the greatest amount of study and has required the most elaborate experiments. Although I was never myself discouraged or hopeless of its success, I can not say the same for my associates. Through all of the years of experimenting with it, I never once made an associated discovery. It was deductive. The results I achieved were the consequence of invention - pure and simple. I would construct and work along various lines until I found them untenable. When one theory was discarded, I developed another at once. I realized very early that this was the only possible way for me to work out all the problems."

Consider how much longer the world would have been "in the dark" had Edison decided to give up on the light bulb after only a few tries.

This brings me to another important exercise in achieving success and adopting a positive mindset- writing down your goals. However outrageous they may seem to you at first, write your goals down. It's been my experience that if you focus on achieving your goals, the necessary details needed to accomplish them will eventually fall into place.

In addition to writing down your goals and plans, it would be a good idea to write down or link to material that motivates you- be it famous quotes, motivational passages, or even inspirational images. Whenever you feel that you need a little boost, refer to these materials.

How to Kill a Myth: One Step at a Time

Original publishing
Article courtesy of Aaron Kemmer

Some myths are hard to kill

Most people either:

1. Believe exercises can’t improve the penis
2. or haven’t thought about it enough to form an opinion

It’s understandable. Penile exercising is relatively new, and only recently has the Internet allowed it to flourish into an act that men can discuss freely. Like all new things, it takes time get out in the open.

But it’s slowly becoming more popular.

Last year, I did a poll of the top web sites related to penile exercising. The results suggested that over a million men have used exercises in an effort to make their penis bigger and harder. Even mainstream media is opening their minds. Recent books like Built for Sex talk about jelqing and related exercises in a fairly positive light (kudos to author Scott Hays).

Every once in a while, though, an urologist or sex expert still discredits the effects of penile exercises, claiming it’s “scientifically impossible.” We all make mistakes and there is a lot of misinformation in this world, so it’s easy to understand where the discrediting comes from.

Sometimes, however, I read something that leaves even me baffled.

One of these instances recently came when A. J. “Big Al” Alfaro sent me a link to a WebMD article about Dr. Sheldon Marks take on penis enlargement. In it, Marks, a urologist of 20 years and a male, said . . .

“It is not like the penis is elastic and can be enlarged. It is what it is.”

I’m sure, or I hope for the sake of his patients, that Dr. Marks didn’t mean that literally.

As any guy can attest, the penis is one of the most elastic organs in the body and often enlarges up to 8 times its flaccid size during those “exciting” times.

So what’s with all the confusion?

Why aren’t penile exercises more mainstream?

1. It’s a taboo subject. Even in today’s sexually liberated society, very few people want to talk about penis exercises. The majority of people don’t even want to talk about the penis. Understandably, it doesn’t make for a great dinner conversation. That’s one of the main reasons I started this blog - to get the topic out there in an atmosphere that focuses on improving in all aspects of life (physically, mentally and spiritually).

2. Most of the early adopters don’t want the world to know about it. A large majority of men who exercising their penis have a “fight club” mentality (you do not talk about fight club . . .). Understandably, they are concerned that the “average” size will increase if more men know about it, and in effect lessen their effort.

(Note: If you are one of the men that fear the “competition” will amplify in the sexual arena, first realize that sex isn’t a competition. It’s more like a union between you, your partner, and whoever else may be present. Second, consider how many men would have to gain an inch to raise the “average penis size” even a quarter inch. I imagine, at the very least, tens of millions.)

3. Old myths die hard. The Earth wasn’t proven round overnight (some still even believe it’s flat). It was only in the latter part of the last century that several articles started being published regarding the smooth muscle in the penis.

4. More studies are needed. In today’s scientifically-focused society, nothing is proven without mounds of evidence. And rightfully so. More studies and scientifically scrutinty is needed. When more studies and surveys gradually come out about the effects of penile exercising, we’ll all look back and wonder what took so long for the truth to be established. Hindsight is always 20/20. We already do this now when it comes to the G-spot, even though it wasn’t a proven region until the 1980’s with the release of Whipple, Ladas and Perry’s book.

What do you think? Why isn’t “PE” more out in the open?

Believe In Your Gains!

It seems that there are some guys that get involved in PE that are not satisfied with their gains or don't make any at all. Why does that happen? It's not that PE exercises don't work (they do), nor is it that these particular men are somehow immune to the effects of PE exercises (Davis' Law applies to everyone). Most of the time it's due to a lack of motivation that's tied to a lack of belief in the PE process or themselves.

What about all of those men that make great gains? Is there something that makes them special? It's possible that body composition and health are responsible to some degree, but a bigger factor is that these gentlemen put in the time to learn about PE and stuck to their routines. Even when they came across plateaus they assessed what the problem was, fixed it, and went on to get the job done. These men believed that they could gain, so they did all of the things necessary for them to succeed. If they didn't they would have made tons of excuses and eventually given up.

What's the key to achieving your PE goals? More important than genetics, time availability, or intelligence is the ability to set a goal and to stick to it. This concept applies to anything of importance that you hope to accomplish.

Set your goal and dedicate yourself to sticking to it! Visualize your goals: Picture yourself with the penis of your dreams hanging between your legs. Don't worry about the details right now- PE routines and help exists if you need it. Once you have an idea of what you want to accomplish in mind, things will start to fall into place for you.

No one can promise you the size that you want instantly, but a few weeks of PE (done right) will give you noticeable improvements in stamina and hardness, with real measureable size gains usually just around the corner.

Stick with it, and you just may get the penis of your dreams. Believe in yourself and you'll be surprised at what you can accomplish!

Women and size

"Men do not realize average is really smaller than they think it is."

"The biggest turn-off for me would be a man that is fragile and insecure about his penis size."

"...it's only an issue if he has hang-ups or insecurities about it."

"It doesn't matter what a man's penis size, if he has hands that can reach her clitoris."

Straight from the horse's mouth, or in the examples above, straight from the keyboard. When asked on a number of women's Internet forums the question; "Does the size of a man's penis matter to you?" The majority of women rose up and answered with a resounding "NO!"

Let's face it, from the moment a man discovers his most wondrous appendage, he's smitten. It becomes his best friend. He plays with it, listens to its opinion, admires it, worries about it and gets into trouble with it.

But men also obsess over it. Is it long enough? Is it thick enough? How does it measure-up compared to other men? Well, let me tell you something, men are much more obsessed with their dicks then we are. Yes, we giggle and whisper over a large dick. We look, admire, wonder and are shocked by it. Women can appreciate the visual appeal of a big stiff cock. But when it comes to satisfying sex, it's more about the man than the member.

For women, a man is much more then his penis. It's who he is as a person. It's how he makes us feel and what he means to us. As one woman put it, "I never walked away from a guy any size thinking more about the size than I did whether we enjoyed ourselves. Some guys just know how to make you feel OMG regardless of the equipment."

But while size isn't a major blip on the radar for most women, extremes of size either way – very small or very large – provide, er, certain challenges to overcome. When it's very small, there is the issue of how much a woman can feel. And "too large" brings a different set of problems.

"If anything, too large is not nice. It hurts in a bad way..."

"There is such a thing as too big."

"I dated a man for a while who had a huge penis... Thankfully for me, he always came in under 5 seconds."

"Size doesn't matter unless its cervix bumpin' huge."

"...if it's way too big, that might be a problem for both of us. I don't like having my cervix pounded hard, it hurts..."

But, larger men, don't despair! The overwhelming message from women was that they were willing to work with any size – so long as they are into the man.

"If you love the man you are with, size is irrelevant."

"If you are really into a person, it can be managed."

"The man is more important than the part."

"...intimate connection is the most fulfilling and has no basis in size..."

An article I just read in Psychology Today has a great quote; "There was a discrepancy between what women desired and what they would accept in a mate. Women adapt... it seemed to cut across all variables from height to weight to penis size. It seems that 'negative' appearance factors become lost within the greater gestalt of the partner. They see past or through a less-then-ideal feature."

This means that you don't have to be physically perfect to attract a woman. She looks at the big picture - who you are and what you mean to her. When a woman takes it all into account - the fact that a man doesn't have a perfect ass, or has thinning hair, or a smaller penis, gets lost in the entirety of the man. It doesn't factor in.

Keep in mind, that just as you are different sizes on the outside, women are different sizes on the inside. One woman may present a tight fit for you, while another will be looser. How well you fit with a woman can vary. We are all individuals with different bodies, dreams, wants and needs. When a woman finds a man who cares about her, listens to her, and just does it for her, the size of his penis is very far down on her list of priorities.

Men, don't ask your partner if your size is satisfying! If she says, "Yes, you're the biggest," then you tag her as a liar. If she says, "You're big, but not the biggest," you assume she wants a bigger dick. If she says "You're the right size for me," then it sounds like a copout. No matter how a woman answers – there's no right answer!

Remember, if you can't be her biggest lover, then work on being her best lover. If a woman is into a man, the size of his penis is irrelevant. Women tend to look at the big picture - the whole man. Be the best man you can be – both in and out of the bedroom – and she will thank you for it in ways unfit to print.

GUINNESS WORLD RECORD Penis Enlargement

I purchased the 2009 edition of the Guinness World Records book, and to my surprise there was an entry for penis enlargement!

From page 73:

LONGEST PENIS EXTENSION

A patient of Dr. Ballard Olle Fischer Santos (Brazil) has had his penis enhanced by 6.29 in (16 cm) through surgery and physiotherapy. The first treatment was administered on February 20, 1995, and the patient's full distention of 10.62 in (27 cm) was achieved by March 28, 2000.

I did some research and found that extensive use was made of a "PLD" (Penis Lengthening Device) to help him achieve this tremendous feat!

There were some complications with part of the surgery (asymmetry and fat cysts from the "girth" portion of the procedure). The patient also supplemented his regimen with HCG.

I really liked this quote from the source:

"The importance of this record is not only associated to this patient's amazing penis enlargement, which was even beyond the medical opinion that considered the treatment successful when the penis reached 16 cm in length, but also to attest that a penis can be really enlarged, with no risk to its functions, in spite of many doctors' insistence that penis enlargement is impossible."
