"Three Inch Gains: Fact or Fiction?"

The above quotes were taken from some recent penis enlargement spams that I’ve received over the past few weeks. Most of you will agree that the above claims are a bit ridiculous; but a lot of you are probably wondering: “Just how much length can a man really add to his penis?”
The reality is that short of a miracle or using prosthetics (which really isn’t “enlargement”), you’re not going to add 4 inches to your penis in two weeks. Some men take a few months to add 2 inches, while other take years just to put on an inch. As with most things, the rate of gains is dependent upon several factors. We’ll go over what’s required in a moment.
So, is gaining three or more inches possible? The answer is “yes”. Though not easy, the penis can be manipulated into growing. In fact, the penis is one of the most malleable organs in the body. Like a balloon, [in most men] the penis expands to many times its size, changing from a limp, very malleable organ to a structure capable of penetrating any number of fairly resistant structures. Ironically, because of the nature of its function, the penis is a tough organ. That means that although the penis can be made to extend and expand beyond its normal limits, it won’t be easy to get it to do so.
There are many examples of bodyparts being stretched to many times their length and/or girth. A quote from a past newsletter talks about an example:
“A perfect example of extreme ligament stretch can be seen in the women of the Padaung tribe of Myanmar. These "Giraffe Women" (as they are known) are known for their extremely elongated necks. These women (starting as young as 2 years of age) wrap metal coils around their necks. In time, more coils are added... and by a combination of pushing down the collarbones and stretching the entire structure of the neck, the necks can reach ten inches or more in length! If a complex structure such as the neck can be elongated, surely the same applies to the penis- whose by its very pliable nature is designed to expand to many times its usual size!”
How do you get the penis to grow? For length, you must force the ligaments at the base of the pubis to extend beyond their normal range. This is done through stretching (manually or with hanging/stretching devices). For girth, you must force the tough penile tunica to hyperexpand. This is best done through girth exercises like the “Squeeze”.
Sounds simple enough, but you’ll have to keep hammering away at your routines in order to grow. You’ll also have to figure out what your recuperative abilities are. That way, you’ll avoid possibly doing damage to your penis or injuring an associated body part, and you’ll maximize your gains. Routines like those found here will guide you in the right direction. Not only will you receive a structured routine with plenty of guidance, you’ll also get your questions answered by a panel of professionals. That way, your gains will keep coming smoothly and you’ll progress as swiftly as possible. Of course, given the best routines and guidance, it’s still up to you to actually follow the routines.
Now, for those of you that are curious as to just what the truth is regarding amazing gains, here are some stats:
The official world record for the most length ever added to a penis was performed through a combination of penile surgery and by using an extender device.
Dr. Jørn Ege Siana, creator of the JES Extender model of enlargement devices worked with a 42 year old man who started with a 1.8 inch penis. Through surgery and by using the JES, the patient added 5.7 inches to his penis, giving him a “well above average” 7.5 incher! I had the pleasure of interviewing BIB not too long ago. Here’s how it went:
1. You're pretty well known in the natural PE circles for your awesome gains! Exactly how much have you gained through the use of natural techniques?
I have gained 4 3/4 inches in length and 1 3/4 inches in girth. I started at a little less than 6 L, and a little less than 5 G (base). Now I am 10 3/4 inches in length and 6 3/4 inches in girth (base)
2. How long did it take for you to make those gains?
In length, I gained two inches in the first eight months. I had gained 4 1/2 inches after two years, and have added 1/4 inch in the last four months. In girth, I gained one inch within the first year. Then nothing for a long time.
Since starting Uli exercises in March 2000, I have gained an additional 3/4 inch at the base. I have gained over one inch below the head since March.
3. What methods/routines did you use to make those gains; and which do you think helped your gains the most?
Starting in June 1998, I essentially PEed for between eight and eleven hours per day, five days per week. Of course, I slowly worked up to these levels over the first six months. I am lucky that I work at home, generally without interruption.
I would warm up first with light milking, then begin hanging. In between hang sessions, I milked lightly to restore circulation. Then at the end of the day, I would milk for 20-30 minutes.
I began slowing down on hanging after two years because I did not want any more length. I hang very little now but still milk, and Uli for girth.
It is hard to say exactly but without doubt, hanging is responsible for the majority of my length gains. Milking is responsible for at least some of the girth gains, and since March, I give Uli's the credit for the girth gains toward the head.
4. How does one go about getting one of you famous "BIB hangers"?
Well, you can make a simple or modified hanger from the instructions found on EZboards. Hopefully, after the first of the year, I will have a production model of a better hanger ready for sale.

5. Any suggestions for the PE novices?
First, learn. Anatomy, the various exercises, what they do, and what you should expect. After you feel confident in what you are supposed to do, start slow, and then increase intensity slowly.
Learn about your body and how it reacts. Learn to understand the various feelings you will encounter; fatigue, stress, injury, numbness.
Do not expect results without dedication. This is not magic. It is simply inducing a stress on a part of the body in a manner which results in that body part becoming larger.
Controlled damage. This requires a level of consistency and persistence. By the same token, you must have rest to allow for rebuilding and recuperation. You should learn quickly when rest is required and how much, depending on your level of work.
